Athletes ages 5-12 enhance their flag football skills and learn teamwork in this co-ed sport. Girls in cheer learn routines and build confidence in preparation for weekend games.

Evaluation Day! February 21st
Our flag football and cheer season offers a fantastic experience for all participants:
- Winter Season: Practices and games held every Saturday on the Excel Academy fields.
- Uniforms Provided: We provide team shirts for football players and cheer uniforms and pom poms for cheerleaders.
- Skill Development: Amateur or expert, our coaches are excited to teach your athlete new skills on and off the field.
- Safe Environment: Enjoy friendly competition in a supportive atmosphere.
